The Minister of Health, welcomed the head of Qatar Charity to his office.

Dr Ali Haji Adam, the Minister of Health and Human Services for the Federal Government of Somalia, welcomed the head of Qatar Charity to his office. Dr Maryama Mohamed Hussein Dulliye, Minister of State for the Ministry of Health, and other FMoH officials attended the minister’s meeting.

The directors of Qatar Charity have informed the heads of the Ministry of Health and Human Services of the Federal Government of Somalia about the collaboration between the ministry. Qatar Charity praised the Minister’s meeting since the participating agencies play a significant role in Health Promotion initiatives. The organization’s leaders emphasized that they will invest in health initiatives, which are areas that should be pushed since the community need comprehensive medical services to develop a sustainable program in the field of health and wellbeing for the Somali community.

Qatar Charity will soon participate in a project to construct the emergency department of Martini Hospital, which falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and Human Services of the Federal Government of Somalia, as well as other projects that are slated to be implemented in the country. They plan to strengthen health-related projects carried out by the country’s regions.

Abdinur Haji Ali, the head of Qatar Charity in Somalia, and Abdifitah Adan Macalin, the leader of the organization’s projects, as well as the heads of the ministries, emphasized the acceleration of projects that have not yet begun in the nation as well as those that have already started.
